The System
Built from the ground up
ECVS has developed a proprietary telematics platform that runs on Linux or Android and functions as a complete data capture and storage device on the vehicle. It connects directly to the CAN bus to read every signal the vehicle produces - drivetrain, body equipment, battery systems, and ancillaries.
Data is uploaded continuously to our cloud host via 4G cellular and WiFi, with local storage ensuring nothing is lost during connectivity gaps. This architecture was proven in underground mining environments where uninterrupted data capture is critical despite inconsistent network coverage.
The result is a vehicle that reports everything it does, in real time, to the people who need to see it.

What the platform delivers
Full CAN bus capture
Every signal on the vehicle CAN bus can be captured and stored. Drivetrain data, body equipment status, battery health, fault codes - nothing is missed and nothing is filtered out.
4G & WiFi upload
Continuous data upload via cellular and WiFi with on-board storage for offline periods. Proven in underground mining where connectivity is intermittent but data loss is not acceptable.
Open API integration

Custom Android apps
