Where ECVS is deploying capital and capability
Vehicle Assembly
Scaling the Kahu EV EK18 modular truck platform from prototype to series production. A 4x2, 6x2, and 6x4 cab chassis range with configurable battery and driveline options for the New Zealand and Australian markets.
Market Expansion
Established operations in New Zealand with active programmes in Australia, Southern Africa, and the Middle East. Each market entered through direct commercial engagement, with deployed or contracted equipment.
Platform and Product Development
Continued development of the ENERVA™ product range: powered trailer kits, electric PTO systems, concrete agitator drives, and the EVNet™ vehicle control platform. Products that generate revenue independently of complete vehicle sales.
Commercial Deployment at Volume
Transitioning from bespoke builds to repeatable production. Contracted deployments with fleet operators in concrete, container logistics, and waste collection provide the foundation for volume manufacturing.
